Sean has been a professional recruiter for 11 years. His experience includes working for a Fortune 500 firm and a mid-size firm, both ranked in the Top 5 of Forbes Best Executive Recruiting Firms.

Prior to becoming a professional recruiter, Sean worked as a financial analyst for a $1B food manufacturer and a finance manager for the largest transportation company in the world. He also spent ten years in the Army National Guard, where he forged his leadership style of always leading from the front.

Sean is a consultative business partner who believes in building long-term relationships with candidates and clients. “Character is determined by doing the right thing when no one is looking,” Sean says.
