Sean Lynch
Sean has been a professional recruiter for 11 years. His experience includes working for a Fortune 500 firm and a mid-size firm, both ranked in the Top 5 of Forbes Best Executive Recruiting Firms. Prior to becoming a professional recruiter, Sean worked as a financial analyst for a $1B food manufacturer and a finance manager for the largest transportation company in the world. He also spent ten years in the Army National Guard, where he forged his leadership style of always leading from the front. Sean is a consultative business partner who believes in building long-term relationships with candidates and clients. “Character is determined by doing the right thing when no one is looking,” Sean says. His philosophy is to always focus on doing the right thing for the candidate and client, and everything else will work out.
Kevin Carson
Kevin brings 24 years of recruiting experience, 20 of them leading the largest specialized accounting/finance recruiting team in Greater Cincinnati. He is a University of Kentucky graduate with majors in finance and marketing, and is a lifelong resident of the Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati area. Kevin is an avid sports fan, golfer, and dog lover.
